Please note. If you are paying by payment plan, the first months payment is a non refundable deposit. Tickets must be paid for in full for the tickets to be validated.
We do not keep your card details so be aware that we will not automatically take your payments every month. You will need to sign into your account to make follow up payments.

Buying Tickets

Please read your ticket description carefully before completing your purchase.
All orders are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Our payment plan option can be found by choosing ‘Deposit’ at checkout.  Pay by instalments have now changed to a 2 x payment plan for 2026 tickets.
If you are paying via our payment plan, your first months payment is a non refundable deposit.

Buying Tickets

Please ensure you intend to complete your payment plan. Full payment needs to be made before your ticket is sent to you and valid for the festival. 
All tickets are sent out by email immediately after your purchase – please check spam/junk folders if you can not see your tickets.
If you lose your ticket, or delete the e-mail, you can log back in to your account at anytime to view you orders, and download your tickets
