Please note: This website is run by SC EVENTS in association with HEREFORDFCLIVE. These terms and conditions are a replication of the terms and conditions of Sunshine Festival.

HEREFORDFCLIVE run by SC EVENTS and is committed to protecting your privacy online. All details, including email addresses and personal information will not be passed on to third parties, other than internally through our mailing list to enable previous purchasers to gain information and possible discount offers and remain with us only for the purposes of sending information to you the customer and the distribution of tickets and promotions exclusive to HEREFORDFCLIVE & our other events run by our sister company SC ENTERTAINMENTS, plus maybe subject to gaining presales email details through mass mailouts.

A number of other people’s web sites have links on our site. If you link to their sites, they may collect information. Such sites are not within our control and are not covered by this privacy statement.

If we believe that your use of the site is unlawful or damaging to others, we reserve the right to disclose the information we have obtained through the site about you to the extent that it is reasonably necessary in our opinion to prevent, remedy or take action in relation to such conduct.


All personal and credit card information is handled by PAYMENTSENSE using secure technology before being sent over the Internet. To protect your data further, your credit card information is always stored in encrypted form in a database that is away from our Web site database, so it isn’t connected to the Internet. Credit card transactions are issued a digital certificate, ensuring that your data can only be read by our transaction system as long as your browser shows its secure mode symbol (such as a key or closed lock).

To make the most of the security on our site, we recommend using Firefox & Internet Explorer, both of which enable SSL. SC EVENTS will not be responsible for any details used by Paymentsense.

All such information is provided “as is” and with specific disclaimer of any warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, title and/or non-infringement. SC EVENTS makes no warranties or representations of any kind that the services provided by this web site will be uninterrupted, error-free or that the web site or the server that hosts the web site are free from viruses or other forms of harmful computer code. In no event shall SC EVENTS, its employees or agents be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of this web site. SC EVENTS not responsible for any third party content within this site. Any views expressed are not shared by SC EVENTS or it’s associates.

All contractors and suppliers and acts will hold their own health and safety schedules and should have their own public liability insurance on entering the site they have confirmed this. SC EVENTS will not be held responsible for any incidences to do with contractors, suppliers or acts.

All security will hold an SIA badge and is responsible for their actions under the SIA law. Any claims directed through security will be directed to the security company and is not the responsibility of SC EVENTS.

Volunteers and fire wardens are responsible for there own off duty actions at all times.

All advertised offers may be withdrawn at any time at SC EVENTS discression.

Ticket and access information:

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable at all times, even in the event of force majeure.

The artist and performer line-up and all billed attractions may be subject to change at any time without notice. All artists are billed through either contracts or verbal bookings and in an event of force majeure or the legal authorities cancelling the event SC EVENTS will do its utmost to rebook these artists on the nearest available date and reschedule the event where possible. Tickets will be carried forward to the next available event and artists will retain their booking if possible in this event.

All cheque payments will be sent to & distrubuted from Croft House, Pope Iron Road, Worcester WR1 3HB.

In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all guests the Premises Licence Holder reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject person(s) from the festival site at our discretion at anytime if we feel that person(s) are behaving in an harmful or dangerous way to themselves or others, if they are intoxicated or believed to have taken illegal substances, if they are not adhering to the rules and regulations of set by the SC EVENTS. Any illegal behaviour will not be tolerated by SC EVENTS and will result in prosecution.

Admission is at the Ticket Holder’s own risk. The Premises Licence Holder will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at the event including damage, theft or losses to property and motor vehicles, if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the unforeseeable actions of other patrons or third parties.

Admittance of children (aged 16 years & under) to SC EVENTS is only permitted when they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. ID required. Children’s wristbands will be supplied and must be worn at all times. Children are the responsibility of their parent/guardian and must be appropriately monitored by their responsible party. Children will not gain re-admittance to the arena area if they are not accompanied by their parent/guardian.

Duplicate tickets will not be issued for lost or stolen tickets

Your ticket is only valid when purchased from official agents. Tickets bought from other sources will be refused admission.

Tickets bought at the gate over the weekend may be sold at an increased price to those advertised and sold prior to the event date, online or otherwise. Subject to change without notice.

Strictly no trading or other commercial activity by any ticket holder will be allowed on Event Site without the Festival’s prior written consent.

Wristbands removed from the wrist or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced. Lost or missing wristbands will not be replaced. Those without wristbands will be refused re-admission to the site or may be removed from the site. For security purposes all wristbands issued by SC EVENTS remain the property of SC EVENTS until the end of the event.

No pass-outs will be issued without a valid wristband. Holders of tickets must exchange them for a wristband, which will allow the wearer to leave and re-enter the site.

Unauthorised photography or use of recording equipment is prohibited. No professional audio, audio visual or cinematographic devices shall be brought in to the site without prior written consent from SC EVENTS.

Neither the venue nor SC EVENTS can accept responsibility for lost or stolen property or damage to any vehicles while onsite.

As a condition of sale the ticket holder consents to being filmed, photographed and recorded for Television, radio, webcast and other public broadcast and/or for any video or DVD as part of the audience and/or by onsite CCTV cameras and recordings for security purposes.

Tickets cannot be used as part of any marketing, media or sales promotion whether commercial or non-commercial without prior written permission of the event organisers.

Do not buy tickets from street traders and unauthorised agencies. Tickets are security generated and are personal to the ticket holder only. Any attempt to transfer or resell tickets will lead to automatic refusal at the entrance. Beware of forgeries.

Official merchandise may be available on site. Please don’t buy from unlawful street traders.

Please use the toilets and urinals and do not pollute the surrounding areas.

Please use the litterbins and recycling points provided.

Vehicle checks will be in operation.

You will be searched at the entrance. Any items which the organisers consider may be used in an illegal or offensive manner shall be confiscated. Persons suspected of carrying out illegal and/or offensive activities onsite will be searched. Food & Alcohol cannot be brought into the arena.

Any person found to be behaving in a manner deemed unsociable or potentially dangerous will be ejected from the festival site without refund.

All staff are employed on a part-time basis only and SC EVENTS will not be responsible for any actions taken by the staff other than what is outlined in staff training.

This event takes place outdoors. Customers are advised to wear appropriate clothing and footwear and protection against all weather conditions.

Fireworks, Chinese lanterns and the burning of plastics are not permitted.

No gas cylinders are permitted in the arena area.

To protect your own safety and those of other guests, please act responsibly.

Medical matters are dealt with by Festival Medical Services.
This is a separate organisation to SC EVENTS, which is not therefore responsible for any problems or liabilities arising.

Anyone resisting confiscation of disallowed items or disregarding these conditions will face eviction from the site.

As of July 2007 smoking is not permitted in enclosed public areas

A wide selection of food & drink will be available to purchase on site.

All performers/bands agree to our terms and conditions and agree to have no right for any claim for loss/damage or injury during the festival. They also agree that have an up to date and valid public liability insurance. In the act of force majuere, flooding or legal authorities cancelling will be rebooked at the nearest possible date.

Fun-Fair (If applicable): Agrees to our terms and conditions and agree to have no right for any claim for loss/damage or injury during the festival. They also agree that have an up to date and valid public liability insurance.  

Traders: Agrees to our terms and conditions and agree to have no right for any claim for loss/damage or injury during the festival. They also agree that have an up to date and valid public liability insurance.  

Contracted First Aid: Agrees to our terms and conditions and agree to have no right for any claim for loss/damage or injury during the festival. They also agree that have an up to date and valid public liability insurance.  

All contractors: Agrees to our terms and conditions and agree to have no right for any claim for loss/damage or injury during the festival. They also agree that have an upto date and valid public liability insurance.  

No glass bottles to be brought in to the event site. No alcohol can be taken into the arena.

SC EVENTS does not take responsibility for any actions, behaviour or otherwise that occur off the Hereford FC site, including any activities run by anyone other than SC EVENTS.

Guide dogs & disability assistance dogs are permitted, but need to be registered with us in advance by contacting herefordfclive@gmail.com. SC EVENTS takes no responsibility for the welfare of dogs. Owners are responsible for there dogs and within the Arena dogs should be kept on leads and should clean up after them. Car checks will be in operation. Please do not leave your dogs in the cars.

Children are admitted on the basis that they are the responsibility of their accompanying adult, children must be directly supervised at all times.

Children aged 10+ must hold a valid general admission ticket. These children must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times.
